If goods are faulty (& this hasn't been disclosed when purchasing), we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2-5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 - 5 working days).

We ship within New Zealand and use Castle Parcels as our courier company. We do not ship overseas.
Shipping is FREE for all orders $25 or more. There is a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $5.00 for orders less than $25.
